Allow minor aesthetic changes

I'd like to suggest that discord allow people to modify the appearance of their clients. For instance: time display, there is no reason why I or anyone else be forced into complying with hegemonic culture. It's wrong. Though I suppose Discord being a business has all the interest in making sure we follow corpo culture.
