Shared Account Feature

Since many people use shared accounts these days, it would be nice if we could enable a "shared alt" feature. In this feature, there would be 2 passwords and 2 emails that could be used to sign into an account. Each person could change their own password or email without the consent of the other. However, when changing something such as the username or profile picture, both passwords would have to be typed in.
