Block webhook messages

I'm in a few servers where some users insist on talking "through" bots such as Pluralkit and Tubberbox, where messages are sent as webhooks. These messages are unable to be blocked. I can block the person's account, but I still have to see their messages sent by the webhook bot, which makes blocking them quite useless. This feels like borderline block evasion if a person never uses their actual account to send messages with.

I'm aware it's difficult to implement but given how prevalent these bots have become, it's becoming quite a problem.
