Ability to change connected email if the email is no longer functional

Certain email domains have recently been blocked or shut off permanently or temporarily due to political, social or well any reason. 

The largest ones that have been shut off or blocked for many is mail.ru and its child domains for me personally being mail.ua (the previously Ukrainian email domain that was bought by a Russian company). There should be a system in place for such problems since (using my own example) mail.ua literally no longer exists and since it was the most popular email domain before 2014 i would not be surprised that many are also facing this problem since the discord support staff noted that with their current system they aren't able to change the person's email on their request even with all needed proof of ownership provided. 

The support staff's recommendation was to create a new account which i assume is a choice acceptable to many but for those tied to their account with either subscription, logging in through discord to 3rd party apps or just having to overhaul their friends list and servers list from scratch. 

TLDR: it would be very useful to many if there was a system to change emails through 2FA, SMS or literally anything even if most users won't need it since its clear that many do need such a system as we don't all know if our email domain would suddenly get taken down due to outside forces.
