Issue with video call

Hey guys,I'm having an issue with discord Video call. Everything works fine, my voice. And other people video and voice. But when I turn on my video/camera. It flicks on for a second and then freezes..I've tried multiple things. Turned off hardware acceleration etc etc. But it still won't work. Even when I go into discord settings and use test camera. The video there flicks on for a second and then freezes. Has anyone got any idea how I can fix this?
