Is there yet a permission to manage bots without Admin?

I know this has been discussed many times, but I'm not seeing if this was ever implemented yet.

 

I have a nice vanity url and in an instant, that can be taken away with the wrong Admin.  Is there anything yet to give people permissions to manage bots but not have access to my whole server?

  Hello Rufus,

  1. To remedy this problem, you must make sure that you are not given ADMINSTRATOR_PERMISION.
  2. And make sure you don't give it MANAGE_SERVER.

  thank you for the swift reply.  I don't know if that without one of these 2 permissions, a bot manager can actually invite, manage, and kick bots though?

   

  It looks like people still need MANAGE_SERVER permission to handle bots, and with that permission they can also swipe the vanity url?  Can this please be confirmed
