Replies on the discord support page aren’t separate from your own replies

Quite self explanatory but upon making a support ticket and checking your active tickets it can be confusing to figure out if you have received a reply.

ideally in my opinion there should be a info field next to the last activity thing that shows who the last reply came from. This could allow people to quickly know if there ticket has been answered or if it was the past message.

also sometimes the last activity thing will show a recent time when there has been no activity which can be confusing too (idk if it’s because someone viewed the ticket or a glitch or something else?)
