Support Account Linked
I've been dealing with discord's support team for over a week and a half now, and my account was disabled wrongfully by a bunch of asshats in a community I work for, for "being under the age of 13" however, I am 20 years of age. I've reached out to discord's support team several times and was confused every time they kept responding with
"To protect our users' privacy and security, we're only able to discuss account details with the email address associated with that Discord account. Since it looks like you're currently writing in about another account associated with another email address, please send us a new ticket through that other email address via our support form instead and I can help check on that request through there."
However, when I go to respond in confusion, I realized my support account has the wrongful email attached to it, and when I try to change it, it says my main email address is currently in use by another account. I've tried several hundreds of times to change the password, change the email, and try to get this account removed, however, it doesn't work. I cannot receive a password reset because it goes to that fake email, and when I go to log into my main account, it logs me into this account. I tried several times to explain to discord my problem, and am constantly greeted with the same message over and over.

Sorry for the confusion, but there are two different emails. You just need to log in to the correct one. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the account information of the correct one."
I don't understand how I can log into the correct account if this fake account is linked to my main email address that is associated with my disabled account, inhibiting ruining my chances of appealing the ban. I've never struggled so much to try and get support in my life, and all I just want is my account back.
I'm able to log into this support account using both the fake, and the real email, and upon searching for my "other account" using my real email, I inhibitedly just keep getting thrown back into this account again, it's annoying and frustrating, and I don't understand.

Every support ticket, I usually open regarding my case gets left on read, and usually ignored about my account's situation. I am trying to actively get an understanding as to why my email is linked/attached to this account, but when trying to identify the support account that has my main email, I don't receive password reset codes or any information on how to gain entry into the account that is using my main email address. Once again, this has been a very big struggle for me trying to get my disabled account back, due to this support account being messed up.
The only somewhat genuine response I've received from discord support was
"
That is because you have two support accounts that have the same information.
In order for us to help you out, you just need to log in on the correct one.
Let me know if you need anything else!"
However if my two support account contains the same information, how can I correctly log into the correct one when it just brings me back into this account?. Again, I cannot receive password reset requests for a support account deletion or anything, it's mildly frustrating that I cannot change my email to my main email address as it's claimed to be already associated with another account which appears to be this account I am currently logged into.
