[SUGGESTION] Discord Bot Name Restriction

I have a suggestion to help with recent Discord Scams. The new QR Code Account stealing scam usually uses fake bot profiles to make users believe it is real. To combat this situation i reccomend that if a bot is verified then it gets put on some sort of list, where it makes it impossible for bots to have the same account name as that bot or any other bot in the list.
