Allow all users to deafen themselves without muting.

The feature exists but exclusive only to the server side - user with sufficient rights is able to deafen a person without him being muted.

This option is highly appreciated in certain activities, when you want others to hear you knowing that you aren't able to hear them back.

While it is being used on a personal servers, there is no way for the user without rights to deafen himself this way.


An option to do it yourself in the context menu will be highly appreciated.
It won't disrupt the usual user flow of <No one can hear me while I'm deafened> because the user will always be specific on his intent to deafen himself without muting.
