Changing email adress should optionally work with 2FA or registerted phone number
I recently lost permanent access to the email adress I used for my Discord account.
I can still log into the account but I can't change the email adress as Discord always tries to verify the action by sending a mail to the old adress.
And since I can no longer receive mails on that adress, I am stuck with it.
My proposal / wish:
When changing the email adress, allow the user to choose between confirmation mail (to the old adress) or my entering a security code received via 2FA/phone message.
This way, users can salvage their account if they'd ever lose permanent access to the mail account (like myself).

Yes, it is silly to not be able to "recover" an account with other identifying means such as phone number or authentication codes. They're still able to charge for Nitro without email confirmations though, so all good there.
