Improved Events

Please add the following to improve the events feature so we don't need to rely on third-party bots:

- Recurring events (should be easy enough, whenever an event marked as recurring completes, create the new one based on the recurrence period)

- Event threads (not sure how the data is stored, but assuming they're tied to a message ID, why not also allow them to be tied to an event id?)

- Better RSVP options (Going, interested, not going, like facebook, instead of just interested. Should be easy to add, just more fields in the database)

- Calendar integration (like facebook, when you click going or interested, show a modal asking the user if they want to add to their gcal, outlook, get ics file, etc)

- Event visibility by role/ping certain roles for certain events (Also shouldn't be too difficult since role logic is used so much everywhere else in discord)

If these were built in, we could get rid of third-party calendar/event bots and just use the Discord UI, which is a lot cleaner
