discord support

I think it would be better to improve the support of your application because of course - the application is great.
But your support just can't answer questions properly, let alone help....
solve the problem with the support please... a lot of people are suffering because of it.
I and a lot of people have lost an account simply because without email support refused to help.
I think that these and a VERY LOT more problems
need to be solved.
i honestly really want to quit this app because of the poor support that responds with pre-prepared messages for almost a day.
But I have too many friends in this app to leave them like everyone else.
At least return the ability to log into an account using the name and tag, because someone does not have a phone or mail to the account.
