Special Accounts for Students

This feature is intended for schools that use / have used Discord (e.g.) for distance learning.
It looks like this:
the student gets an account where they cannot edit information such as username, avatar, etc.
This would help schools to control students and their behavior more easily.
This function would also prevent from changing names into false ones, from impersonating and from possibly offending someone (e.g. through an avatar making fun of someone).
