Discord banned me for something I didn't do

Title. I just had my account banned for harassment I never did for a second time. I want to continue talking to my friends, but I feel like just by using this service you are opened to getting banned for no reason. I only ever talked to my friends in our own server. I was in a bunch of other servers for emotes, so I only assume that's why. I'm tired of worrying about loosing all my friends because discord deleted my account. I was going to sit down and play video games when I got done work, but instead I'm too stressed out about loosing my discord account to focus on anything else! Like I can't enjoy doing anything and feel compelled to try to figure this out due to my OCD.
