report an entire server without evidence

Hello, I wanted to know if there is any way to report a complete server but I have no evidence because they kicked me out of it

I am aware of a server that promotes cyberbullying and violence and where gore, scat, racism, anti-Semitism and things like that are also spammed. The owner of the server is involved and it makes me angry not to be able to do anything and that they continue to harass and degrade people for not having evidence.

I can provide the name and id of the server for you to investigate and I wanted to know if I could do something
