Suspense got lifted -> Account still deactivated?
Hey there,
anybody else have the case that after a positiv review from Discord ( I've gone ahead and lifted the suspension on your Discord) the account still deactivated?
Every time i answer underneath the ticket the status change from open to solved...

This is my case as well.
Today, the Trust & Safety Team fortunately reviewed positively the appeal on my wrongful ban and told me they lifted the suspension on my account.
Nevertheless, I still did not receive a password reset link and my account is still disabled.
I contacted them again and am now waiting for an answer.

Does it still say your account is disabled when you click forgot password and try resetting your password that way?

Yes it does. I cant reset the password when my account is deactivated.

Not even if you are on the login page of discord and click forgot password?
Because i know you can do it when you are logged in and logged out1 -
Yes, since we cannot access our account, our only option is to be on the login page, entrer our email address/phone number and press “forgot password”.
Even then it says our account is deactivated.
I guess someone just pressed the « lift suspension » template message on our tickets and did not actually lift anything lol

Yes like i said i think its just a standard message from a bot. Lets see if they answer again.

Same here. They "lifted" my ban but not really. I would rather not open a new account. Where is the support team here?

have the same problem supposedly re-enabled and when trying to log in is still there disabled!

Ok. It is now solved and my account opened. Someone somehow (i am "fairly" certain i am not the one to blame for this) got in to my account and joined a bunch of crypto servers but left my prior servers as they were. Is this some sort of an ad campaign? I don't know. Why unbanning took 9 days after my appeal? I don't know that either. It should have been quicker.

I'm in the same situation, I'll wait 25 days! Discord told me they would reactivate my account, but still nothing. Discord does not read my appeals. Ideas? I'm afraid you delete the account after 30 days

MoTastisch may i ask how long did it take for it to be activated?? I got a mail this morning saying the suspense was lifted and when i tried logging in it was still disabled, i creted a ticket about this and as soon as i made it they marked it as solved , i went to log in again because i thought they activated it , but they didn't, i made one more and they also marked it as solved. Now i just replyed to both of them as comments and they got opened again. Tho how long did it take for it to be activated again after receiving the gmail??
