Easier format to display time in user's TZ

I've used the <t:epoch_time:t> format to display times in each reader's local timezone, however epoch times are not very user friendly.

It would be nice to be able to do something like this:

<t:20:15:t> // assumes my profile's TZ

<t:8:15PM:t> // same but for AM/PM people

<t:2022-09-01_20:15:F> // same but with date

Parsing these and using your existing code to display them in local times should be trivial to implement, but very beneficial to the users.
