Account Appeals only getting bot responses, without any information as of why I got disabled

So, my account got disabled. I've read that they are supposed to send an email telling you the reason so you can appeal right. I haven't gotten one of those. I am in a void of waiting it seems. There could be any reason for the disabling, but it's unknown to me. I have opened a few tickets asking for the reason, one asking if the email went through, one asking for more information about my account disable. So resposense other then the generic Cylde response of "Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account."
Nothing else, just that. No emails about the disable in the first place, no reason for the disabling, nothing. If the Discord Support staff sees this, please look at my open tickets and see if you can help out with it. All the account information is there, I just need a reason so I can make a proper appeal. I've had my account for 3 years!

but i am experiencing the exact same thing, came back to my account disabled a few days ago
tried appealing for many, many times and i've tried contacting discord through instagram and twitter too but i'm getting no actual response
i've had my account for 6 years with about 13 months worth of nitro on it, not even a refund huh
seriously discord? so much people are struggling with your false bans, please tend to them and help all of us resolve our issues2 -
Welcome to the club and unfortunately many here feel the same way! I sent everything and the answer was that my account is activated again because it fell into a spam filter, ok it can happen! It gave me hope, but unfortunately my account is still deactivated and it's not ok to make fun of you!

Thank you, you both! I do appreciate it. I still will wait and see what happens. I do really hope you two do get your accounts back since the support is dealing with "increased volumes", but in the mean time; maybe try looking at Discord alternatives. That what I am doing, so you may want to do the same

But honestly, what's the point that you're going to be deactivated, it's not your fault, then you'll be told your account will be activated again and it won't happen! Ok, you fell into an alleged spam filter, ok, errors happen, but then make people wait forever should that!
Aber mal ganz ehrlich was soll das du wirst deaktiviert kannst nichts dafür dann wird dir mitgeteilt dein Konto wird wieder aktiviert und passieren tut es nicht!Ok man ist in einen angeblich Spam Filter gefallen ok Fehler passieren nun mal aber dann die Leute ewig warten lassen was soll das!

I am not sure why I got disabled. At least you got that answer. I did get a response but it's been the same template response. It could be any multitude of reasons

Got a rule violation email today. As soon as that e-mail came to my, I already opened a ticket and wrote that it was a wrong decision. (Ticket No: #27984297)
This account is a project manager account and naturally DMs many accounts. However, this was seen as spam due to Discord rules. But all of the conversations are my own and consist of mutual dialogues. You can check if you wish. I demand that my account be opened immediately.2 -
So my account was reactivated. It's best to send everything you have and keep calm, even if it took seven days, as in my case!

No luck so far sadly, but I might be able to get the data package request thing, but nothing about my disable or apparently I just can't appeal it

I'm on the same situation, I've been waiting for 20 days to reactivate my account, discord doesn't respond to my tickets

Oh God, 20 days. I've been waiting about 10 I believe. I am unsure when they start to delete the disabled account they disabled. I now think it's 30 or so days sadly.
