Discord should not use flags for language selection

Discord's language selection screen currently uses flags to represent languages.

Equating languages with flags is bad for multiple reasons:

• Often more than one country speaks the same language
• Often more than one language is spoken in the same country

The language name already displayed by Discord does the job perfectly fine without the flag.
