[Suggestion] Allow you to add a collection of channels as a pseudo-server

Allow users to choose a channel from any server they are a member of, and create a collection of channels similar to a server. Each channel will display how it normally does on that server, but with the exception that the left sidebar will display only the channels added to the collection. Allow channels to be grouped by folder and rearranged, just like a normal server.
