My account was disabled and I need it back

So my account was hacked sending mass dms and joining random servers and I closed the dms and left the servers when it happened because idk how to stop it but I saw my account got disabled and I need it back AND EMAILING DISCORD DIDNT WORK BECAUSE THE STUPID BOTS ARE POINTLESS CAN A HUMAN HELP ME HERE
