Admin Perms (idk what else to call this)

I’m sending this on behalf of my friend, who owns a pretty large server. Basically, they had beef with one of their admins. This ended in the person leaving the server. However, they recently showed up out of nowhere with their perms still intact, and deleted all of the channels in the server as some kind of revenge plot. I feel like it’s pretty self explanatory, but something needs to be changed to prevent this kind of activity. The two best solutions would either be to remove admin/mod perms from anyone who leaves the server they had said perms in (just like with any other roles), or for the owner(s) to be able to remove perms from people regardless of whether or not they are still in the server (which is entirely doable since it keeps the data of the person having perms). My best hope is that this post will gain some kind of attention so discord can implement one of the two changes I believe are needed to prevent something like this from happening again
