Voice Chat packet loss.

This issue has been going on for half a year for everyone in my country only "Pakistan". While in a vc, we randomly get an absurd amount of packet loss and have to rejoin to fix it. The packet loss results in voices being cut alot and we cannot understand what the other person is saying either.
