Lost email - no recovery options
The current system makes no sense. I have full access to my account (at least now) on multiple devices, have login and password information, access to the bound phone number(which is imho much more secure than email address), I have untransferable paid service (Nitro until March next year) can set up 2FA, can disable and delete an existing account (at least I have an option to), I have all the history for this account and all the payment/transactions details done through it.
In this unfortunate circumstance, I have lost access to the domain to a goddamn war between two countries. I still have access to the email account -- just not the registered domain. I have access to: <myemail>@yandex.com, <myemail>@yandex.ru, <myemail>@ya.ru, <myemail>@yandex.by,<myemail>@yandex.kz, but <myemail>@yandex.ua which was the origial one I have used has been deleted because Ukraine has transfered the ownership of yandex.ua domain out of the yandex, and Russia couldn't care less.
Now I have access to the full account, and I can't just delete it and make a new one as support recommends: I have friends and family I connect to using this account, I have paid subscription, I even use it to login to the online school and some other apps. I can't just "make a new account". Every other service could recover my account as well: through payments, through mobile, doesn't matter.
"Strict security policies" is the biggest bs imaginable. With how much information about the customers you have, email address is the weakest link in the whole thing. You literally have my billing data and phone number, you can verify my real identity with that, something that a mailbox server can't even dream of.
I am refusing to believe that a system with paid subscription services has a single point of failure that is also so easy to get into the dead end with.

It's a dead end without a doubt, even with your linked phone number, payments, photos, people claiming you're the account owner, Discord support can only discuss it with the email address linked to your account? What a weird thing!
I hope that in the future this will change.
