My experience with discord support. spoiler Its not that good

Uh so I wrote a lot because a lot of happened but if ur from discord support please read through this!

It's sad to see how I lost my 5-year-old account. One good day I woke up to talk to my family on discord (they are on the other side of the plant) But when I went to the discord app I was logged out, "hmm how strange" I thought, I typed in my login information and right on the screen it said " Your account has been disabled" I remember staring at the screen for solid 10 minutes remember all the fun memories I had, tears started falling from my eyes. I quickly went to discord support page filled out all the information and about in a day or two I got a response "Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account." The most heartbreaking moment happened in my soul, I just don't know what to say, then I saw that the email was sent to me from Clyde (A bot) I did the support thing again and asked promptly for a human to answer. What do you think happened? ah Clyde replied again! At that point I had no clue what to due I have fallen in my bed preparing to be like a teenage girl crying all day, sometime later (4 months) I found out about I can post a feedback, so here it is my experience with discord support! By the way, a human still did not respond till this day. Maybe if I write this an actual human being will respond lol.

    Include the reason to why your account has "Violated The Terms of Service or Community Guidelines" for clear discussion and possibly solutions.

    I already said in the feedback that's the only thing they said, there is no reason just the message

    Did you message them again and ask why your account hast "Violated The Terms of Service or Community Guidelines"

    Yes they just said the same thing (bot replies all the time)

    You get answers from a bot? I got the same problem and have yet to wait to get a answer from a bot or human. I got also banned (IP) and yet have to wait. I did nothing wrong yet got banned.

    I will just try and write a new Ticket as I want it unbanned so I can talk to a old school friend.

    Hopefully I get a response.

    If not then idk what else.
