Do you know what the word "support" actually means Discord?
Dear Discord,
As a social service used for many gamers around the world, you are extremely unprofessional when it comes to handling your user’s accounts. I’m not entirely sure how anyone can possibly support such a company after recent events that have been occurring.
Mine and many other user’s accounts were recently disabled due to “violation of TOS” without any further reason given when the majority of us never even violated any TOS. And when we tried to file tickets, all we got back were automated responses stating that our accounts would not be reinstated. And when we took it a step further and tried to contact an actual human being, we still had automated responses thrown in our face stating they’d get back to us in a few days but never did!
And of course, all disabled accounts get deleted after 30+ days! So, you guessed it. Mine and several other user’s accounts have been deleted. All my chats and memories with friends were completely thrown out the window. Not a care in the world on Discord’s end.
Sure, it’s easy to make another account, but making another account means that I’d still be supporting the company which I refuse to do. In fact, after a few of my friends witnessed what had happened to my account, knowing me, and that I would never violate any TOS, they have all decided to delete their accounts as well. And we are all moving to another service that will allow us all to speak and game together again.
Discord, if you ever care to read this, I highly suggest you change the way your algorithm works or your service will surely tank. It’s only a matter of time before you disable so many accounts without reason that people start to realize how poorly you treat your users!

I like this post man this describes almost everybody's issues. Some are wrongfully flagged and wrongfully disabled. But Discord is just begging to be sued. They favor the Nitro users majority of the time. If a non Nitro user tries saying their account is wrongfully disabled they are like "Yes, Yes you made this very clear but we can't do anything for your account" But the Nitro users get theirs back in less than 12 hours at the most! Discord is going to end up disabling the wrong person's account and that person will come here and blow the f*ck up. You can't even cuss to tell them how pissed off you are without being censored. I grew up with freedom of speech and Discord is trying to take it away.

Brandon Discord never favors any type of user, no matter who they are, where they come from or any other form of judgement, and to be clear, they do not favor Nitro subscribers either. What Discord might do is respond faster to celebrities or similar though the cases are too few to make a clear conclusion.

I can totally relate to this, my account got banned around a week ago and I immediately opened a ticket, after 6 days, they responded saying that it was a mistake and that my account had bee reinstated, though the wait was long it was understandable and I logged back on. I sent a person a message and my account was gone again, ad the same cryptic email. Now I do have an alt but I am afraid to dm someone new so it doesn't get banned
I can understand that these measures are necessary for anti-spam, but fix your system

I think they know and purposefully act unlike it and you might get banned for asking so you better make new account just for that.
