Optional Server "Welcome Back" Page

Having a "Welcome Back" page that appears based on how long a person has been out of the server can drastically increase productivity, and can increase safety for those of us in NFT based servers.

Just something of a pop-up perhaps, like when you enter a server and agree to the terms of communicating within that server, stating "Welcome Back! Here are some important things you missed while you were away."

As someone who is a moderator in several servers, I can say that it is quite time consuming to constantly remind those who have been away for weeks or months to check over the Announcements.

Also stating "Last Visit XX Days Ago" would be amazing!
