Integration of forums

In the new implementation of forums it seems to us a great idea but I have a few suggestions that would help to have a better development:

1. Being able to block the publication without the need to close it
2. The ability to Pin Already Closed or Only Blocked Posts
3. Adapt the box or more freedom of customization or a better design for the post guidelines, since if it is a lot of text it is too strange when distributed, in addition to the fact that in my opinion for some users it will go unnoticed
