Moderator Feature

This is 99.99% been requested already but if it helps push this feature towards the live servers then I'll write it too. A custom time to timeout users for OR a more in-depth buttons (ex. 60 seconds -> 5 mins. -> 10 mins. -> 30 mins. -> 60 min. -> 2 hours -> etc.) Sometimes people need a 30 minute timeout, sometime they need a 3 hour, a 6 hour, 12 hours but Discord's timeouts literally go from 10 minutes to an hour to 1 day to 1 week. We GOTTA add more timeout buttons or let us time people out for a custom amount of time.
