Discord Integration, Rich Presense for FreeSo and FML and Voice Changers

Rich Presense for FreeSo and FML, games that are community ran derivatives of the defunct The Sims Online.

When a player (user) sim enters a lot, a player owned property, the users should have the option of automatically joining a voice/chat through discord settings. I guess this would require some kind of discord integration with the actual game itself, but the games servers do give lot information to the client. Maybe this can be used to set up a instance of a voice channel that comes and goes depending on active users, etc.

We also need voice modulation or voice changers that we can enable in discord.
