Need landline phone option on 2FA

Not everyone lives in a place where there is cell reception and Two Factor Authentication on everything is the bane of my existence for this reason (welcome to northern Canada). The google authentication app doesn't work properly on my phone, and the other way of sending codes is via text message, but I live outside of cell service (sometimes they get through, but it's very spotty) so I can't receive them, or if I do then by the time I get them in they're long expired. With an option to send the code to my landline I could receive it that way, usually for 2FA this way there's a robot voice to read it. Hopefully when the code is requested I'd be able to select which number to send it to, in case I'm not at home and do have reception.
