Discord not investigating appeals properly!

Hello. Discord falsely disabled my account for being "underage" Unfortunately they also disabled my fiancè's account and my server staff's accounts. My fiance, my staff, and I are all over 18. Discord refuses to investigate properly. I never even recieved an email stating why I was suspended. My fiance and staff all got the same reason and I put 2 and 2 together and assumed that's why I was also suspended. Getting frusterated. I have spam dmed and spam tweeted discord an still zero response to those and even zero responses to ALL of my appeals. I showed proof of ID and so have my fiance. We aren't getting any responses. We don't know what else to do. Please help. Again I'm not underage. I am 19, my fiance and staff team. Please help. We just want our accounts back, and my server too. We didn't deserve this.

 

Edit: went back to look and my account was deleted.

And all of my tickets says "solved" even though they were not infact solved.
