Account being disabled.

Hello. I am Eihz, your lord

My account was suddenly disabled and I got an email reading:

 

"Hello,

Discord is focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment for our community. We've found your account to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. As a result, we've disabled your account for the following reason:

Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety"

 

 

Literally no reason provided, no response from Discord. It's been nearly a week and they haven't even looked at the two support tickets I've sent. I'd appreciate if Discord's "Support" would be open with it's userbase and tell us what's happening. Is it a new security feature? Is it the support team just playing around? Who knows, because Discord won't answer any of us.

It's either Discord fixes this problem and be willing to open communication with their users, or people will realize their service isn't worth it and move on.

    Honestly, that’s unfair in every way. Another one joins the users that just got locked out for no reason.

    It's a shame because I've had years put into that account and Discord just decided it'd be funny to just throw it away.

    yea it happened to me for spam and i contacted support they said they would reinstate the account, they never did. a month later they deleted my account i've had from 2019

    Я тоже сижу с 2к19 года.
    Месяц назад удалили аккаунт, спустя этот же месяц мне все таки ответили, и сказали что восстанавливать не собираются якобы я нарушил правила, я спросил какие, и снова молчание, теперь я думаю переходить на другую платформу так как такое отношение админов критичное
