Disabled aughhhhhh

Y'all my account fr disabled for chargebacks, I need help because I can't fkn do anything about them because the nitro was a gift from a friend that doesn't want use discord. Will they still enable my account if I can't do anything about it??? This is scaring me. Like a lot.
