Banned for refunds
I got banned because someone hacked my account and bought 3 nitros. I got my money back but discord banned me and they dont answer me back (only bot) can someone help me what to do please ? i dont want to lose my account, please

Same problem here buddy, it's been five days for me, but you still have access to your PayPal so let me just give you a couple tips on keeping the account. Discord apparently hates charge backs through PayPal (I know, it's frustrating) and they want to be contacted directly, but they take a long ass time.
Usually, what's supposed to happen, is that you have to contact their billing department for a refund.
If you want to, you can reverse the charge backs, send proof of it when you send an appeal, the maybe they'll get to you, but it's been *5 days* for me, meaning it'll probably be a long time for you. However, I can't garuntee they'll get to you on time. For some people it's six days,. For others it's 11 days, just send in a ticket explaining your situation and tell them about the hacks.
They'll get to you.

it wasnt paid from paypal tho it was payed by VISA my card/bank and have no idea what to do how to contact billing department, i also send everything i had the money that went away and back to me

Scary. I think that all you can do right now is wait, which is gonna suck because Discord is slow right now. Be ready for a grieving process in case your account isn't reached on time and is deleted, it is a very real possibility because we're facing the same issue and they haven't responded for 5 days. Worst casenario you might have to restart, and hopefully most of your friends share social media with you so you can contact them to let them know. Usually this issue can be sorted out with discord, but it's probably going to make you feel very very powerless, but if they get to me I'll tell you. If they don't, I'll tell you. Do you have an alt discord?

damn... oh i do have an alt account (Hayato#6156) and with that i have another problem since everytime i DM someone i have to do captcha and its getting very annoying. also thx for help

I don't think there's anything you can do but wait, and that's going to be terribly frustrating because Discord is now quite slow. We've been having the same problem for 5 days with no response from them, so you might want to prepare for a period of mourning if you don't get in touch with them in time and your account gets canceled. - coreball
