Account not deleted but still disabled?

There's a specific tag for a deleted user that calls it a deleted user, mine doesn't look like that. It was recently disabled/banned by discord 15 days ago, and I've fixed the problem and withdrew the chargebacks but they haven't given me back my account. I'm wondering why my account hasn't been deleted, yet it's still disabled? Nobody has reached out to me, and i DID send proof to discord that there's no chargebacks, so I'm wondering why it's not deleted nor undisabled, it remains disabled but undeleted, after 14 days? What's going on, can I still get it back?

    Hey Seddoni,

    The terminating-process of a Account can take up to 30 days until the account is completely removed from Discord. Also, if you are still in contact with the support, they can freeze the process so you have more time to explain / proof.

    They might have done that, but im hoping they actually respond because i have sent them proof

    @brian they haven't reached out and its been more than two weeks, i finally got the proof on the 14th day and im getting very antsy waiting for a response from trust and safety, the bot marked two of my tickets as "solved"
    (They're not), and i replied to the message so it would get forwarded to discord trust and safety, they still haven't responded to any of the messages i sent and im concerned the account will be deleted before they do.

    Hey Seddoni,

    It won't help to create a lot of tickets. You can always just re-open a ticket which got marked as "solved".

    Also, the TrustnSafety-Team has a lot of work. Sometimes a process takes some time. And it depends also on the reason why you got banned. Just give them time. Sometimes they are doing something and sometimes not sadly. I understand, that the support is just bad sometimes. I'm also waiting since 2 months for a response but got none..

    I got banned for chargebacks, but I contacted my bank by the 14th day and got proof of withdrawing the charge back, which I've sent them and now I'm waiting.

    They keep marking the same ticket as solved and won't talk to me.

    its just sad but your accounts are just lost 

    happend to me this month there is no support nor the will to help you discord just scams costumers

    Hey good news to everyone in this thread, after two and a half weeks I managed to get it back after reversing the chargebacks. We got it in on the last day, and now everything is fine but if one more thing happens, my account is permanently banned next time. I'm a little upset that they take charge backs THIS seriously to the point they ban people, but, at least I got it back. I'm probably never gonna attach anymore bank accounts to this account just in case, and I'll just make alts and gift nitro to my main.
