Add a time frame on older messages in the mobile app

In the mobile app, if the message is older than a week, the time just disappears and is only replaced by the date. I hope to see what time I/we sent the messages from older chats.

    This used to exist before the recent overhaul. Discord, please add it back. It was super useful for tracking conversations!
