I've been cut off from membership of BOSS Options LLC and I paid my monthly fee on 10/11/22

I have been cut off from membership to a Discord server that I paid the monthly fee for on 10/11/22.  I cannot reach the vendor (BOSS Options LLC) b/c I do not have a way to contact the administrator.  I need to find a way to contact the administrator/vendor.  Please help.
