Mention users without ping

It would be useful if we could mention users without sending them a ping. Sometimes you need to direct a user to another staff member for support or mention a role or user where a response is not time sensitive. I would like to see the option to tag a user or role without pinging them. ~user to mention silently, @user to mention and ping

Especially useful for users in different timezones. We love Discord but no one wants to be woken up by the ping at 3:30am.  ;)

    You can use @silent to silently ping somebody 
    It'll still “mention” them, but if I'm correct, won't send a ping or badge
    The message will still be highlighted for them though
    Another option is to send the message, and after sending it, edit in the mention.
