font that works well for both middle eastern languages and latin languages

Besides changing the main interface font to GG Sans, Discord now uses Noto Sans as a fallback, however even then it's only for compatibility with Cyrillic and Greek languages which the previous interface font did support properly; there are other alphabets in Noto Sans including Arabic but they're on separate fonts which have to be installed besides the normal Noto Sans, and due to the complexity of this system (which could also make Discord load slower) we'll have to stick to using Arial and other typefaces as fallbacks for stuff beyond Latin, Cyrillic and Greek.

    better support for other languages

I believe Discord has not yet wanted to allow using Arabic-alphabet languages as the user interface language because of the way they're written (right to left) which would clash with most of the alphabets in this world (left to right) and would be hard to implement well considering how there's more servers in LtR alphabets than there are in RtL. If Discord were to start testing Arabic / Persian / Hebrew it would have to, for example, allow choosing how text should appear when browsing a specific server (setting it to LtR if a server is mostly in Latin and RtL if it's pure Arabic; or putting messages in Arabic RtL with Latin messages staying LtR), with the rest of the interface staying RtL/LtR depending on the selected language

I have never had any trouble with middle eastern languages on any other social media platform, there are millions of people who type in R t L languages. Support for R t L languages has been a standard for a long time. I don't have issue making out the letters on any other social media platform, be it facebook, skype, zoom, etc. Discord already supports Right to Left Languages, the issue is the font, it needs to change. When I say better support for languages I am addressing the issue where sometimes the words get jumbled up on the mobile app, if discord can work with emojis they can surely work with ME languages and fix any bugs. Support for right to left languages has been around for a very very long time, it's one of the reasons the unicode consortium exists. I have never ever ever ever run into any issues with R t L languages in any piece of software. I type in R2L languages often, my parents also do a bulk of their work and communication in a R2L language, never has it ever even been inconvenient for them to type in a R2L or be able to read the font for what someone else has written. It's not asking for much when I say I should be able to properly read the languages I communicate in, most of the problems can be solved by just changing the font to something more suitable for both languages or include an ability to change the font on discord to something else
