Add option to "Shadow Block" someone

Basically, I'm looking for a feature that allows us to block someone without them being able to know. Thanks.

    I feel like regardless they will know, especially if you share a server with them. I feel like the way the block system works is more than enough. Biggest thing I hate is being able to see that a blocked user messaged, it's unneeded, if I wanted to see what they said I wouldn't had blocked them.
