  No! I don't want that. I have some friends that I would be forced to remove if this were the case. They would assume that since I have time to see that they sent a message, that I took time to fully read and comprehend it, and that I also have time to respond or hang.

  Sometimes, I see just enough to know the message is too long to process with my current busy status. And even if I do take time to read it, I might not have time to properly respond.
