Fix AVIF image previews

Currently, Discord has a bug where uploading AVIF image files shows a preview during upload (before sending a message), but once the image uploaded it loses the preview (below).

Please fix this as it's super annoying to have people not see the image preview, which interrupts conversation flow.

  AVIF has never really been supported; I'd recommend just converting it to a different format, as it's unlikely this support is coming to Discord/Electron any time soon

  Or, you could throw a ticket to https://dis.gd/bugreport for other solutions - I don't know what's the deal with AVIFs as of now, though

  Update PepsiPlayzz: I filed a bug report, and Support hasn't been helpful. Instead of trying to follow my repro instructions (which take 2 minutes), they'd rather waste each other's time by following irrelevant steps (like deleting AppData info). I had to reiterate for them to actually pay attention to my ticket's instructions. We'll see what happens.
