Optional right click "submit" or "enter" for text

I sometimes am in a bind and can't physically hit the "Enter" or "Return" button on my keyboard and it would be nice to have an ability to just, after pasting a string on the input box for chat to then right click the context menu, and in it, find the "submit" option to which would be the equivalent to pressing the physical "enter" or "return" button on my keyboard. This allows for easy - if necessary for whatever reason - repeat motion with just the mouse using context menus instead of having to go back and forth on the keyboard and mouse. 

Becuase I don't want this feature to cause problems for others, I would suggest this small change to be optional to the context menu. Thank you for your time.
