Don't allow deleted accounts to accept ownership of Group DMs

So I recently decided to test if it was possible to transfer group ownership from my account to a deleted account in a group DM... (don't ask why, curiosity results in strange things sometimes!) Anyways it was successful, so now I'm in a group DM owned by a deleted account! I would very much like the ownership transferred back to me too!

Anyways, this suggestion is so that deleted accounts cannot accept ownership. I was actually kind of surprised that it was even possible.

    I usually use a secondary account to set admin rights after the main account so that when I lose control, I still have an account to manage.
