locked over a very harmless joke

around 2 days ago i made a joke about being 12 in a public discord server and for whatever reason someone thought i was being fully serious but support hasent answered and i have not gotten a singular human response. i have sent everything required (face, government id, whatever)  so i would just like to see how long this takes? im concerned about my account that if there is no reinstatement in 2 weeks my account is gone. kaboom, nada, nilch to be seen
