SMS/RCS Client on mobile & dekstop

I'd be able to ditch my SMS app for more discord if this was a feature. It might even work as a "deal sweetener" for Nitro, to help cover the costs of implementation, bandwidth, and maintenance.

I know this won't work with iOS as they only use the iMessage app over there, but Mac OS should be fine with it as people can choose to do Mac + Android if they wanted.

With this feature, we could use discord to access SMS/RCS on android and desktop instead of having to do the https://messages.google.com/web thing (or similar).
