[Feature Request] Text chats that only appears when using a related voice-chat.

Some discord servers have text chats for talking in when you are in voice chat but for whatever reason you are unable or unwilling to use your microphone at the time.  

Occasionally in some discords, people not in voice chat start going on about something or other in the voice-chat text chat.  This is irritating.

I would like to request a feature where text channels can be set to only appear to non-moderators when one is actually using an associated voice chat channel.  

Roles do not help with this, since if you have a role you can see or not see the text channel regardless of whether you are using the voice channel at the time. 

Bots might help with this, however rigging a bot to give you a role when you join voice and take it away when you leave voice just to view the associated text-channel seems irritating.
