Discord bot hosting

We already have localized server hosting, why not bot hosting too?

When you are done making and testing your bot you should be able to upload the files to the dev portal and it will be hosted automatically (With on/off switch, css your heart out)

  If Discord is not willing to spend the resources, maybe they can keep limitations, like existing workflow services. The limit can be low for free users, higher for Nitro, and more could be purchased by businesses
